We ship orders using the delivery options available at checkout. The applicable shipping charge and available option will be shown before you complete your purchase.

After ordering, keep your confirmation email for your records. If there is a problem with your delivery, contact us at fitloop01@gmail.com with your order details.

Returns and exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant so we can assess the issue.

For other returns or exchanges, please contact us before sending anything back. Eligibility can depend on the condition of the product and applicable consumer law. We will provide the appropriate next steps.
